The President of High Tech Construction, Inc., Joe Dalomba is a self-made man. From humble beginnings as a teenager, who worked his way around the world as a crew hand for an international merchant marine company to his arrive in Rhode Island as a 20-year-old young man, Joe literally built High Tech Construction, Inc. from the sweat of his brow and his fierce determine to succeed.

A graduate of New England Institute of Technology's Bachelor of Science construction management program, and a U.S. Small Business Administration Business Person of the Year (1998) honoree, Joe set a goal early on in his business career as the owner operator of High Tech Construction Inc.
